I am being flooded with e-mails
I have won contests never entered. I get e-mails from senior dating services. I get them from a company called Endurance, which must work with the senior dating services. Sometimes I actually blush at those messages.
Not that I read the message. But there are usually 3 or 4 words at the start displayed on my screen. So I glance at them.
It is not unusual to delete 100 + in the morning and again at night. I know some of them have a click here if you don't want any more button, but I keep thinking if I click. there they know I read it and will send me more!
And that is not counting the spam folder!! Holy cow!!!
I must have won a million dollars in all the contests! On of them even said I had $18, 756 deposited in may bank account. It was such a strange number....maybe that made it more believable. I don't click on them, but I imagine some people do, otherwise they would not send them, right?
I just wish they could convict some of these people and then boil their hands in oil so they can never type another e-mail. Of course, they could do a voice activated so cut out their tongues also.
Let's just say they don't put me in the Christmas spirit!!
Jackie's Dickens Village is up, thanks to Sheri! She came over today and arranged them in the right order and connected the cords. The cords are my big problem because I can't always get up from the floor when I do them.
The tree is up and almost fluffed. Hopefully I will get the lights on tonight and ornaments tomorrow. Then all the other stuff will fall into place. I hope.
We have been watching "A Man off the Inside" on Netflix. It stars Ted Danson. He goes undercover in a retirement home to solve some thefts.
I think it is funny, yet can sometimes pretty accurately paint of picture of people my age.
Big bonus....no laugh track.
Peace and Love
