ticky tacky

Little boxes, little boxes.....remember that song?

It kept running through my mind at Julia's today.

We had a crew!!  People unpacked, washed, organized, assembled, sorted, triaged toss or save.  It was a well oiled machine.

Thank you Cindy, Renee, Wendy, Sheri,  Emily, Jackie..you all did yeomen's work today!  Julia's garage is full of empty boxes, and she still has several rooms and lots of boxes to unpack.

Julia has a lot of neat things that she collected while in Switzerland for so many years.  Now it's where to put them.

Most of the kitchen items are put away, but I imagine there are a couple more boxes stuck someplace.

Jackie had a doctor appointment this morning, so we had to get up earlier than normal.  When we got back at about 12, I took a  quick nap, which really helped me make it through the day.

We were at Julias' from about 2 to 5, then invited everyone over for pizza and we had a nice time visiting and chatting about all things in life, including movies, tv shows, theater, my Dumbo like ears.  It was a nice time.

But I think we are all tired.  Hopefully the storms will not keep me awake, worrying about wind, hail, lightning...the usual things I worry about in spring.

I was up at 2:30 to look at the moon, but it was high in the sky and I could barely see the reddish color.   I took a picture with my phone and it shows better there, but it is not a great picture.

    That's life in Rochelle.

Peace and Love
