We got our toe nails trimmed today
Don't worry. I am not going to go into detail, except to say my feet feel great.
I get a pedicure, Jackie just gets a trim. That way we don't have to move her out of the wheelchair.
We stopped at Ollie's custard for lunch.
She could not finish a her cone, so she gave it to me. I then proceeded to drip chocolate custard all over my shirt and pants, creating a sticky mess on my hands in the process.
Lucky thing we have a couple bottles of water in the car, not to drink, but to wash hands with.
When we left the house I was going to text Julia to tell her we were going.
I hit the button, but never said "Siri, text Julia."
All I did was hit the button and say, "We have left the house."
Jackie and I were both surprised when Siri replied, "I'll keep an eye on it for you." And then we laughed.
But I wondered how much Siri can hear?
Our morning help came today and I went into the den, put my eye shield on, and sat in thy chair with my security blanket.
That was about 8:15. She woke me up at 11.
I did not think I was that tired, but evidently I was.
This is a big week in our house. Julia has the movers coming Wednesday to empty her storage shed and our basement. There is a lot to move. I just hope it all goes well.
And on a sad note, Emily had a dog pass away last night. Little Ciri crossed that rainbow bridge and is now running free with the other dogs.
Peace and Love
