    As you can tell, I am psyched up for the Big Game.  I hope to see fantastic plays, great commercials, a half time show I understand, and certain people with VIP status booed.  And I don't mean Tay Tay.

    I am kind of leaning toward the Chiefs.  I like the QB, but I also like Philadelphia's QB.  I would rather have seen the Lions, Bears, Packers or Vikings in the Super Bowl just because they are all Central Division teams.  But I think it will be a couple of years for the Bears to make it.

    In case you missed it, Virginia McCaskey died the other day.  She was 103 and the daughter of George Halas, one of the founders of the NFL and Bears owner.  A few years ago she told her son she was "pissed off" at the way the Bears were playing and the GM and coach were fired.

    I just can't imagine all the things she saw in life....The Depression, WW II, the Roaring 20s, Prohibition, The Korean War.......all things before most of us have missed.  Luckily, in many cases.

    I like to think her last football memory was being in Green Bay when the Bears beat the Pack for the first time in 74 tries, or something like that.

    I think she would die with a smile on her face with that memory.

    It's almost time for the pregame shows to start......
