TGIF

 As I said before, every day is a Friday for me

    Guy came to check the AC for the summer.  He changed the furnace filter and cleaned off the igniter and said the system looks good.

    I  told Jackie we have been in the house for almost 13 years and maybe we should plan on either the AC or the furnace to die.  If one goes, we will replace both.  I think.  The optimist in me says we will not have a problem.

    The last 2 people who came for plumbing and heating tasks looked like they were still in high school!  They were so young....or maybe I am just so old.  It is nice to see young people in the trades.  Without them houses and businesses won't be built.

    I ordered pizza on line tonight.  I thought I did it right, but hey called to ask just exactly did I want, because my order was confusing.  I ordered extra cheese on the first half.  When options came up for the second half I ordered extra cheese.  They thought I wanted extra extra cheese. That might have been good too.

    I put together my Christmas present today.  Jackie got me a battery powered mower to get between the raised gardens.  I have it put together and am charging the batteries, so tomorrow I can finish mowing.

    When I was going to get the pizza, I saw a little dark car that had some kind of form strapped to the top.  

    The car was buzzing along, and this form was sticking up at a 45 degree angle.  I thought either it was going to blow off or flip the car.  I did not follow to see which, if any, happened.

    And I wish every day would be like this weather wise. I think it was perfect.
